Our debut album, "Chris," coming out on August 30th, 2026, is dedicated to our late friend and drummer Christian Demond Daniels. All drums on the album were composed and performed by Chris before his passing.

It is impossible to express how lucky we were to share this earth, the stage, and a deep friendship with the irreplaceable, beautiful soul that he was. Chris was a one of a kind person, friend, and musician, and the baddest drummer we have ever heard or will ever hear. The first band practice he came to, he sat down, played one fill, and immediately we knew this is the best drummer in the known universe. Chris’ impossibly creative and imaginative drum parts made our sound as a band and no song was complete until he worked his magic. He spread an unbelievable amount of joy in his 21 years on earth. If you were lucky enough to meet him, you know how indescribably charismatic, funny, caring, and gentle he was. He made anyone that he crossed paths with feel welcome and he was truly interested in what they had to say. We’re lucky enough to know that his most underrated skill was his effortless ability to talk to our parents. Thank you, Chris. We promise to celebrate you and carry on your memory and your legacy in everything we do, as a band and as people. The world is a better place because of you. Nothing will ever be the same without you. We love you.
